  • Studying the facility management sector/ industry in Bangladesh and present periodical results to superiors.
  • Identifying suitable market segments and designing services for the profitable segment.
  • Communicating the designed services to the clients in the profitable market segment.
  • Positioning the designed services.Branding the designed services.
  • Designing the service according to the client needs.
  • Suggesting appropriate pricing strategies and implementing them.
  • Expanding MBM-Munshi’s current market to potential clients
  • Preparing monthly and yearly marketing budget.
  • Preparing marketing plan.
  • Designing and executing promotional sales of MBM-Munshi’s services.
  • Creating and designing marketing communication materials.
  • Identifying potential strategic partners to expand operational activities of MBM-Munshi.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age at least 25 years
