Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishing of team Target (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).
  • Visit Corporate Customers, follow-up clients, and close the deal.
  • Regular market visit, meeting with existing and potential customers, email marketing, mobile marketing etc.
  • Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles and practices.
  • Keeping strong relationship with customer and ensure smooth after sale service and customer satisfaction.
  • Being well-informed about market developments, competitor activities and provide feedback to management,
  • Monitoring, guiding, developing & maintaining sales process to achieve target.
  • Negotiating sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensure timely payment of receivables.
  • Monitoring and reporting on market trends, potential projects and competitor activity.
  • Promoting the company services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients.
  • Developing presentation, reports and proposals as part of sales tools to illustrate benefits from the use of good and service the company is offering.
  • Identifying need to conduct any required survey and data collection for product analysis and new product development.
  • Other delegated and non-delegated work as assigned by MD & CEO

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Sc in EEE/Mechanical/ MBA / BBA (Major in Marketing) or related field or relevant work experience.
  • B.Sc in EEE/Mechanical/ should be given priority.
  • For experienced candidates educational requirement will be relaxed.

Work Experience:

  • 5 to 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Market Research, Corporate Marketing & Tele Marketing.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Electrical Sub-Station ,Bus-Bar turnkey System, Solar System, Generator and others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target
  • Computer skills.
  • Fluent in English and sound computer proficiency.
  • Smart, Honest, Sincere, Hard worker, Target Oriented, Challenge taking ability & Customer Service.
