Sr. Executive/Executive - HR (HRIS)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Data entry/maintenance into the Software.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in master files.
  • Manage & design of all HRIS Tabled to ensure data capture that enables comprehensive reporting.
  • Generate and maintain effective HR reporting including turnover, headcount, recruitment, organization chart and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate new employee information and maintenance to the Payroll unit.
  • Assist with the administration, automation and maintenance of the employee performance review process.
  • Maintenance of Organization Chart.
  • Support Recruitment & Selection Process with proper database.
  • Develop dashboard of HR metrics to be presented at monthly, quarterly and annual senior leadership meetings.
  • Establish and maintain security and integrity controls.
  • Collaborate with other HRIS users to ensure integrity of the HRIS.
  • Carrying out such other duties as may be reasonably advised by the line manager, or any senior manager.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters in any discipline with PGDHRM or MBA in HRM

Work Experience:

  • At least 4 year(s) Experience

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of related practical working experience in operating ERP in any reputed Organization.
  • Sound Knowledge in MS Office
  • Self-Starter
  • Professional Integrity
  • Hard Working.
