Roles & Responsibilities:
- Data entry/maintenance into the Software.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in master files.
- Manage & design of all HRIS Tabled to ensure data capture that enables comprehensive reporting.
- Generate and maintain effective HR reporting including turnover, headcount, recruitment, organization chart and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate new employee information and maintenance to the Payroll unit.
- Assist with the administration, automation and maintenance of the employee performance review process.
- Maintenance of Organization Chart.
- Support Recruitment & Selection Process with proper database.
- Develop dashboard of HR metrics to be presented at monthly, quarterly and annual senior leadership meetings.
- Establish and maintain security and integrity controls.
- Collaborate with other HRIS users to ensure integrity of the HRIS.
- Carrying out such other duties as may be reasonably advised by the line manager, or any senior manager.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters in any discipline with PGDHRM or MBA in HRM
Work Experience:
- At least 4 year(s) Experience
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of related practical working experience in operating ERP in any reputed Organization.
- Sound Knowledge in MS Office
- Self-Starter
- Professional Integrity
- Hard Working.
