Roles & Responsibilities:
- Follow up social and environmental audit (corrective action plan) CAP and provide guidance to suppliers and production units to remediate identified non-compliant issues.
- Drive capacity building and training programs for designated production units, which may include onsite visit, researching and identifying appropriate external training partners.
- Work closely with senior development officer & SSC Manager to develop best practice reference materials, labor law profiles, and relevant internal document.
- Work closely with hubs sourcing and merchandising team to leverage their support.
- Work as a team to enhance and evolve SSC program to drive measurable improvements on the ground and process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Report any UN-ethical behavior at all times.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)

- Good report writing skills in English and relevant local language.
- Having knowledge and experience in the manufacturing or apparel industry.
- Self-motivated and able to execute plans and have strong work ethics to get the job done.
