Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess training need at the micro and macro level.
- Collect the individual training need and follow up TNA process.
- Prepare a draft training need, plan, budgets and ensure good expense discipline.
- Co-ordinate in-house and Outsourcing training program.
- Assist Department head for assigned tasks.
- Co-ordinate with the factory level employees.
- Follow up the implementation of HR practices according to company policy.
- Follow up the issues of employee compliance.
- Follow up employee grievance.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): <
- Good at written and verbal communication
- Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Punctuality and Pro activeness
