Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Assess training need at the micro and macro level.
  • Collect the individual training need and follow up TNA process.
  • Prepare a draft training need, plan, budgets and ensure good expense discipline.
  • Co-ordinate in-house and Outsourcing training program.
  • Assist Department head for assigned tasks.
  • Co-ordinate with the factory level employees.
  • Follow up the implementation of HR practices according to company policy.
  • Follow up the issues of employee compliance.
  • Follow up employee grievance.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • <

    Others Requirements:

    • Good at written and verbal communication
    • Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint
    • Punctuality and Pro activeness
