Assistant Manager-SCM (Handicraft)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Searching new suppliers, new products, market survey, collect quotation and prepare comparative statement (CS) for decision making.
  • Follow up early season with the concerned unit to get demand forecast & make plan accordingly.
  • Maximum effort given to comply between demand and supply, follow up local product delivery schedule with the supplier and update concerned Dept. Those are related with these products.
  • Ensure product delivery against demand, ensure DO, sales monitoring and stock analysis.
  • Find out showroom first moving, slow moving & non-moving product. Follow up to depot for ensuring showroom delivery as per showroom demand.
  • Product sales code & SCM Code provide to Depot against all delivered product to identify product code and MRP.
  • Supplier’s bill processing, make PO, collect MRR & arrange supplier’s bill against MRR.
  • Showroom visit regularize & collect showroom manager & consumers feedback & work on these feedback.
  • Keep close contact with sales team and distribution department for smooth monthly demand forecast.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • PGD-SCM form reputed Institute.

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 4 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age at most 35 years
  • Knowledge in MS office.
  • Fluency in speaking English .
  • Sound knowledge about local Market.
