Roles & Responsibilities:
- RECRUITMENT AND COMPENSATIONS & BENEFITS
- Ensure staff recruitment and contracting process is in line with DRC procedure and the local labor law
- Update recruitment tracker on regular basis and ensure this is shared with all managers on weekly basis.
- Send out job offers and process the paperwork for new hires on a timely basis.
- Send contract request or draft contract and/or contract extensions for national staff.
- PEOPLE PLANNING, PERFORMANCE, DEVELOPMENT AND WELL-BEING
- Monitor and update staff leave balance on a monthly basis and send out reminders to all managers to ensure staff take their leave within the contract period.
- Ensure that all staff personnel records are properly maintained and regularly updated following the required checklist for staff information filing.
- Update and maintain staff lists
- Ensure that DRC internal documents are filled correctly
- Administrative tasks in relation to performance and development processes
- Administrative tasks in relation staff development
- Ensure compliance in Human Resources Administration Management to DRC Operations Handbook
- Support people well-being initiatives
- Any other duties as agreed with the line manager.
Educational Qualification:
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year(s) Experience
Others Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in HR management, administration.
Basic English proficiency
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or Social Science or similar field
Basic understanding of local labor law

English -fluent
