Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure congenial IR (Industrial relation) environment in the VTL Business Unit and provide appropriate advices while dealing with the workers.
- Effectively handling of disciplinary measures of junior staff and workers in line with labour law-2006 and company policy.
- Organize and attend in the WWC, WPC and Anti harassment committee meeting.
- Providing independent counselling to employees.
- Mediating disputes and advising all sides involved in matters relating to employee relations and human resource policy.
- Ensure good discipline in production floor.
- Maintain personal file and records and keep it updated.
- Managing of employee grievance efficiently and effectively.
- Provide proper support in recruitment.
- Support provided to CSR activities.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA with major in HRM
Work Experience:
- At least 4 year(s) Experience
Others Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge and experience of IRs.
- Basic knowledge on compensation and benefit.
- Bangladesh Labor Law-2006
- Basic knowledge on Human Resource Management
