Educational Qualification:

  • Masters on Social Science/ Economics/ Anthropology/Statistic or equivalent experience

Work Experience:

  • 8 to 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Understanding of Local Government Institution/ structure (Union Parishad & Municipalities) understanding of SDGs will be advantage.
  • Excellent skills on coordination and communication with relevant local government institution and partners;
  • Experience in stakeholders mobilization events on " Right to WASH, sanitation and health";
  • Good interpersonal skill on Building relationship with Union Parishads, Paurasava and other organizations for creating access on women to WASH services;
  • Have good knowledge on budget process/ budget tracking of Union Parishad and Paurasava;
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in Water, Sanitation, Hygiene (WASH) & Health related projects;
  • Assist to the WASH Facilitator to implement the Project;
  • Good skill on organizing various events at the upazila and Paurasava level with the consultation with different committees of upazila and Paurasava;
