Others Requirements:
- Understanding of Local Government Institution/ structure (Union Parishad & Municipalities) understanding of SDGs will be advantage.
- Excellent skills on coordination and communication with relevant local government institution and partners;
- Experience in stakeholders mobilization events on " Right to WASH, sanitation and health";
- Good interpersonal skill on Building relationship with Union Parishads, Paurasava and other organizations for creating access on women to WASH services;
- Have good knowledge on budget process/ budget tracking of Union Parishad and Paurasava;
- At least 5-10 years of experience in Water, Sanitation, Hygiene (WASH) & Health related projects;
- Assist to the WASH Facilitator to implement the Project;
- Good skill on organizing various events at the upazila and Paurasava level with the consultation with different committees of upazila and Paurasava;
