Roles & Responsibilities:

  • You will strengthen programme monitoring practices and work with partners to support effective data collection, management and analysis. You will have strong monitoring and evaluation skills as this is essential for ensuring the continuing success of our programmes. The role requires an organised individual with an understanding of programme management challenges and the ability to identify potential solutions. You will be expected to build strong relationships internally and externally to help promote Sightsavers and our projects.

Educational Qualification:

  • The successful candidate will have a relevant Masters degree and substantial monitoring and evaluation experience gained in the international development sector.

Others Requirements:

  • They will also need good technical skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office software and excellent written and spoken Bengali and English.
