Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with CPO and Unit Heads of HRLD in setting and implementing strategies of HRLD.
- Coordinate Annual Operating Plan of HRLD and prepare biannual reports in coordination with all unit heads of HRLD.
- Prepare efficient workforce planning in collaboration with the management. Review organogram of the division periodically/ need based and provide necessary technical assistance in restructuring the workforce.
- Make necessary support to prepare and update the job description of different position of the all units.
- Ensure process of performance appraisal system works properly for programme staff, support supervisors and manager to perform the assessment process efficiently.
- Prepare manpower budget as per agreed plan and coordinate with Finance & Accounts division regarding budgetary control.
- Coordinate in rendering HR services such as; recruitment, appointment, confirmation, leaves, Transfer, separation etc. Make sure proper interpretation of HRPP to the programme staff and updates them time to time.
- Ensure free flow of information within the department and within BRAC. Carry out communicative tasks on behalf of HRLD.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline from any recognized University with minimum of CGPA 2.5 or above. Bachelors/Major in HRM will be given preference.

- 2 to 3 year(s) Experience
