Roles & Responsibilities:
- Project Life Cycle management and provide support to ERT.
- Work in close coordination with partners and camp actors.
- Provide leadership to project staffs.
- Ensure that refugees have safe and non-discriminatory access to available facilities and services.
- Lead and direct the project(s), monitoring and report writing, ensure submission of reports before datelines.
- Responsible for submitting project(s) completion certificate(s) for govt. to the Country Office.
- Liaison with Local Govt. (i.e. Office of RRRC, DC, TNO/UNO, CIC, etc.)
- Attend regular all Sector Coordination and DC meeting; cooperating with ERC.
- Adopt a participatory approach (need assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation).
- Represent ADRA with networking and participation in various Government, Donor and NGO forums.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and other concerned personnel.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate degree (the equivalent of a Masters).
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)

- Knowledge and experience in the application of SPHERE standards, and Humanitarian Accountability Partnership standards, CHS.

- Expertise in capacity building concepts.

- Ability to communicate and interact appropriately with partners, community and local authority.
- Ability to multi-task, priorities workload and work on own initiative.
- Experience in managing conflicting views in a confident, assertive and diplomatic manner.
- Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken ability in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are other per-requisites.
- Able to undertake frequent travel.
