AGM (HR & Administration)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional, advisory and supervisory service to the Head of Division to assist in meeting strategic goals of the company.
  • Design, implement and review training programs to meet specific department needs.
  • Implement Performance Management System to evaluate/manage employees performance.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and oversee the efficient and timely hiring of all associates ensuring SOP.
  • Conduct Human Resources Department development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career pathing.
  • Work closely with various departments/units, increasingly in a coordination role, assisting line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures.
  • Develop and administer employee recognition & engagement programs.
  • Develop and implement detailed Human Resources plans to support business objectives.
  • Oversee the operation of the Payroll process to ensure excellent service for the employees.
  • Arrange & coordinate meetings, drafting meeting minutes and ensure distribution of the minutes to the concerned.
  • Ensure all policies are complied with Labor Laws and Company Rules & Regulations.
  • Visit factory/units weekly for harmonization of factory Administration & compliances as per procedures.
  • Manage day to day HR operations related activities.

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA in HRM or Masters in any discipline with PGDHRM.
  • Skills Required: Performance Appraisal,Compensation & Benefits,HRIS,Job Analysis & Manpower Planning,Labor Law

Work Experience:

  • At least 10 year(s) Experience

Others Requirements:

  • Age at most 45 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in managing large work force of which 3 years in similar post.
  • Knowledge in all facets of HR functions.
  • Well conversant with labor laws, Rules & amendments.
  • Self driven and assertive individual with business acumen.
  • Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinker, decision-maker with leadership abilities.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Able to multi-task and take pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla.
