Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To create new dealer/distributor and ensure smooth distribution in each & every dealer/distributor point to minimize the waste of time & expenses of the company.
  • Responsible for achieving individuals monthly/annual sales target.
  • To develop sales plans and budget to achieve the monthly / annual sales targets.
  • To plan & ensure high product visibility in the market and minimize market gap.
  • To motivate & train up the sales personnel to achieve the goal of the organization.
  • To manage the sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for Sales teams activities.
  • Arranging market development programs to boost up the relations and sales.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Educational qualification for experienced candidates is relaxable.

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age at least 28 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Candidate must be creative, dynamic with pleasant personality and problem solving skill
  • Must have experience in fan sales and marketing
  • Have the courage to travel extensively within the country as per company requirement

  • Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
