Assistant Manager - HR & Admin

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To execute overall work of the HR & Admin department in line with policy guidelines.
  • To look into workers and employees service benefits and working facilities including disbursement of wages and salaries
  • To look into compliance issues and others as per the labor law and to assist in disciplining employees in line with existing labor laws & company policy.
  • To assist in arranging Training for the Employees on regular basis and to create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement & compliance strategy.
  • To assist in issues relevant to Payroll, HRIS and update leave, attendance, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement etc.
  • To ensure Employee’s Personal Files & Personal Data are maintained and updated properly.
  • To receive inter-departmental notes, documents and take actions regarding those issues.
  • To ensure day-to-day General Administrative works are done smoothly.
  • To write letters/ prepare drafts and correspond to various departments, concerned authorities and provide administrative support to the Management.
  • To ensure logistic support to various departments on regular basis.
  • To maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation as and when required.
  • Arranging air ticket, hotel and transport for foreigners.
  • To ensure discipline and proper security at factory premises.
  • To ensure Cleaning and Hygiene at factory premises
  • To inspect the Daily Labors are in place physically and to prepare Employee’s Daily OT Statement and OT Reports
  • To participate in grievance handling and disciplinary action procedure in case of absent worker/long absent worker.
  • To monitor, evaluate and reporting the performance appraisal’s result
  • To regular update the Employee’s job descriptions and Organ gram as per business unit’s need.
  • To conduct welfare activities.
  • To perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time.

Educational Qualification:

  • Post Graduate in any discipline, Preferably MBA in HRM

Work Experience:

  • 5 to 7 year(s) Experience

  • Age at most 32 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
