AGM (Marketing & Sales)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To work as an effective member of the Marketing and Sales team to achieve the long term goals of the department.
  • To achieve the sales target.
  • Ensure individual sales targets set by departmental head are met & recover market dues.
  • Gather competitor information/activities
  • Recording Client information & reporting to superior.
  • To build a strong relationship with customers.
  • To be increase the new customers area.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation/Masters/ MBA (Marketing) from any reputed university.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Having more than 5 years experience in Consumer & Beverage sector (Marketing & Sales) will get priority.
  • Age not 45 years below.
  • Must have sound physical health.
  • Must have strong communication skill
  • Must have vast knowledge about the market
  • Must have ability to move any where in Bangladesh
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to take responsibilities.
  • Self driven, result oriented, hard working and willing to work anywhere in the country.
  • Positive mental attitude.
