Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Responsible for sales forecasting and undertake promotional programs.
- Oversee the marketing & sales affairs of the assigned area/products.
- Responsible for primary & secondary sales in retail market.
- Direct and coordinate the sales functions and sales force/personnel activities & performance in retail market.
- Maintain customer relationship and establish good relation with retailers.
- Ensure customers satisfaction & resolve customer complaints etc.
- Monitor daily activities of all line staff.
- Maintain good relation with distributors & ensure optimum level of inventory at distributor’s warehouse.
- Responsible for appointing new distributors in his assigned area.
- Prepare and submit sales report to the supervisor.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA (Marketing)/ Master Degree from any recognized University (Preferably in business discipline).
- Skills Required: Business Development,Corporate Marketing,Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing
Work Experience:
- At least 8 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years selling experience in consumer (FMCG) products (Experience in selling Tissue & Stationary Products will get preference).
- Analytical ability, report writing & presentation skills.
- Must have sound physique & positive attitude.
- Should be fluent in speaking English.
- Smart, Young, Dynamic and self-driven.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multitasking activities.
- Proficiency in use of MS-Office.
