Executive/ Sr. Executive (Sales)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Have sufficient knowledge to handle distributors to get maximum output.
  • Route wise market coverage as per fixed frequency.
  • Ensure product availability in every outlet.
  • Achieve sales target & increase market share.
  • Maintain customer relationship and establish good relation with retailers.
  • Ensure customers satisfaction & resolve customer complaints etc.
  • Monitor daily activities of Assistant Executive, DSR & SR.
  • Maintain good relation with distributors & ensure optimum level of inventory at distributor’s warehouse.
  • Solely responsible for appointing new distributors in his assigned area.
  • Prepare and submit sales report to the supervisor.
  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA/MBA/ Master Degree from any recognized University (Preferably in business discipline).
  • Skills Required: FMCG Sales & Marketing,Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 6 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Must have sound physique & positive attitude.
  • Smart, Young, Dynamic and self-motivated.
  • Able to handle multitasking activities.
  • Proficiency in use of MS-Office.
