Roles & Responsibilities:
- Have sufficient knowledge to handle distributors to get maximum output.
- Route wise market coverage as per fixed frequency.
- Ensure product availability in every outlet.
- Achieve sales target & increase market share.
- Maintain customer relationship and establish good relation with retailers.
- Ensure customers satisfaction & resolve customer complaints etc.
- Monitor daily activities of Assistant Executive, DSR & SR.
- Maintain good relation with distributors & ensure optimum level of inventory at distributor’s warehouse.
- Solely responsible for appointing new distributors in his assigned area.
- Prepare and submit sales report to the supervisor.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/MBA/ Master Degree from any recognized University (Preferably in business discipline).
- Skills Required: FMCG Sales & Marketing,Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing
Work Experience:
- 3 to 6 year(s)

- Must have sound physique & positive attitude.
- Smart, Young, Dynamic and self-motivated.
- Able to handle multitasking activities.
- Proficiency in use of MS-Office.
