Roles & Responsibilities:
- Business Development Perspective:
- Undertake market research for potential client needs about manpower/talent acquisition.
- Design recruitment services to serve existing and potential clients.
- Understand existing practices about costing and pricing strategies to achieve competitive edge both for Munshi HR Solutions and our existing/potential clients.
- Sourcing/Hiring/Headhunting/Selection and Recruitment Perspective:
- To carry out regular forecast for current and future talent acquisition needs of valued clients.
- Pipeline and hire for critical technical talent pools for foreign clients operating inside and outside Bangladesh.
- Maintain and execute the recruitment and selection process.
- Work closely with other executive recruiters to map target companies and their organizational structures during opening phase of business and identify top talent for those structures.
- Execute the proper selection process steps including written test, interview and individual assessment or long day assessment (if and where necessary)
- Reference checking on all prospects.
- Effectively identify and partner with external recruitment agencies on targeted external searches where necessary.
- Propose, articulate and finalize offers (compensation, benefits, relocation, immigration, etc.)
- Act in close cooperation with Munshi HR solutions accounts and finance team.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Candidates with higher education and broader experience are highly encouraged to apply.

- At least 4 year(s) Experience
Others Requirements:
- For this position the following are essential requirements:
- 4 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection in IT sector.
