Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Manager (Sales) will be responsible for -
- Leading an experienced team of Sales Associates.
- Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales goals, revenue and expense controls.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Training of your salespeople.
- Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Meeting with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them.
- Providing daily/monthly report(s) of sales success and position of team to the superiors.
Educational Qualification:
- MSc/ BSc / Diploma in Textile Chemical Engineering from any reputed University.
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Sales
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Dyeing & Textile Mills.
- At least 3 year (s) of direct sales experience in fields mentioned above.
- Good knowledge about Dyeing & Textile industries in Bangladesh.
- Experience in managing, directing and lead a sales team of at least 5 persons.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
