Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The Manager (Sales) will be responsible for -
  • Leading an experienced team of Sales Associates.
  • Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales goals, revenue and expense controls.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Training of your salespeople.
  • Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Meeting with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them.
  • Providing daily/monthly report(s) of sales success and position of team to the superiors.

Educational Qualification:

  • MSc/ BSc / Diploma in Textile Chemical Engineering from any reputed University.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Sales
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Dyeing & Textile Mills.
  • At least 3 year (s) of direct sales experience in fields mentioned above.
  • Good knowledge about Dyeing & Textile industries in Bangladesh.
  • Experience in managing, directing and lead a sales team of at least 5 persons.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
