Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of sales representatives end.
- Find the requirements into training that will groom sales representative for the next step of their career path
- Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans.
- Train sales representative & follow up about their grooming, attitude, attendance
- Train the sales representative about current & upcoming Product Knowledge.
- Engage recruitment session and hire potential effective sales representative.
- Maintain sales representative leave management, job transfer & job separation.
- Plan and visit market regularly to get market insight and keep track
- Ensure relationship management with all management
- Keep notes of any uncertain inconvenience & communicate to respective source
- Coordination between Central Team and Regional Sales Team
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Sudden on demand reporting
- Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to outlet concerns.
- Core task: Responsible for achieving sales target monthly.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum Graduation from reputed university-major in marketing, HR.
Work Experience:
- 1 to 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer.
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong sales skill in smartphone industry.
