Others Requirements:

  • The incumbent should have required at least 15/20 years experience in the field of Life Insurance Company with at least 3(three) years as Deputy Managing Director or Additional Managing Director having proven capacity to achieve & driven the business with own business organization given target set by the Companys Board of Directors.
  • The incumbent will be required to submit a well thought business plan and define a clear strategy to manage and organize the field level organizations as per direction of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
  • He should posses a strong leadership skill with demonstrated ability to chalk out effective business development plan with ability to motive, train, control and groom people according to Companys goals
  • He should have proven familiarity about the Insurance Act and Rules as well as analytical knowledge about the competitive life insurance products in the market to revise and plan the development and tailoring of new and existing PLICL products and services. Motivate team members to enhance PLICL overall brand loyalty.
  • He should also have accomplished and self motivated to lead the Group and Health Insurance Business of the Company. The incumbent will have to take the necessary action to recruit the new marketing people to acquire and grow business under the guidance and leadership of CEO and Board of Directors in order to achieve the overall business goals of the specific individual as well as that of the particular distribution channel.
  • Strong communication & services skills self-motivated and fulfill the companys strategic goal.
  • Review, monitor and report on market and competitor activities and take necessary measures to revise Progressive Life plans if required to protect and aggressively grow market share.
  • The incumbent should be self motivated and fulfill the companys goal.
