Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring salary structure and benefits at all times
  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our companys strategy and business goals
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.)
  • Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
  • Calculate employee Taxes and make sure proper execution
  • Organizational performance management
  • Identify training needs assessment
  • Ensure training needs assessment (TNA) that enables the scheduling of training programs to fit the needs of the individual and business strategy.
  • Design and organize training sessions on different functional and technical skills through renowned Trainers from home and abroad.
  • Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of pre and post training programs.
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA in HR from renowned public/private university.
  • Minimum 8 Year(s) Experience Needed.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, Training & development, TDS calculation.

Work Experience:

  • At least 8 year(s) Experience

Others Requirements:

  • Age at most 36 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
  • Adequate knowledge of current labor law
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
  • Proper knowledge on Company & Employee Taxes.
  • Proven work experience as a training manager
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
