Roles & Responsibilities:
- Building and developing relationships with key suppliers and Service providers.
- Assist to leading the procurement team in all phases.
- Ordering materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved. Review quotations.
- Preparing purchase requisitions approve and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
- Maintaining procurement files.
- Tracking Purchasing activity and measurements.
- Training purchasing team members in the department.
- Discussion about defective or unacceptable new goods or services with users, vendors, and others to determine the cause of the problem and take corrective and preventative action.
- Assistance department in developing and implementing purchasing strategies for products & service.
- Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies, and equipment in a timely and cost-effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate
- Developing and reviewing purchase requests and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase of new materials
- Discover appropriate suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships, Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services, Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries, Examine and test existing contracts.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness, Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
- Provide a strategic, efficient and flexible procurement service which will deliver optimum value for money, cost savings and best quality of service.
- Advise and support all the departments in procurement and supplier relationships helping to drive better procurement practice.
- Determine the minimum Order quantity and economic order quantity.
- Preparation of work order & introduction of potential supplier on regular basis.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Commerce (MCom)
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)

- Age 28 to 45 years
