Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring market trends, competition and countrys general economic trends; and recommending strategic business plan to boost sales.
  • Planning and executing the Retail/Corporate/Distributor business and growth plan.
  • Planning and enabling the channel members with tools and techniques to achieve periodic sales and collection targets.
  • Developing contingent proposals for Retail/Corporate/Distributor business growth and seeking expansion opportunities for new outlets.
  • Effective recruitment/transfer/appraisal/termination planning of sales personnel under this department to get most efficient result.
  • Ensuring utmost customer satisfaction with close customer relationship and mapping pattern of customer complain to propose corrective actions.
  • Organize training programs for improvement of Retail/Corporate/Distributor sales personnel.
  • Managing the Retail/Corporate/Distributor sales administration according to SOP at all operational levels .
  • Ensuring showroom decor and ambience to uphold brand image .
  • Articulating the requirement and modality of promotional campaign/Trade fair to boost sales and administering the success of all promotional endeavors.
  • Maintaining product inventory and mix at Retail/Corporate/Distributor level to maximize sale with efficient stock level.
  • Proactively communicating with all related departments to ensure smooth retail/corporate operation.
  • Budgeting for channel operation and achieving cost efficiency for optimum margin and ROI.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 15 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Analytical Skills, Basic skill in MS Excel & Power Point, Leadership qualities, Experience in handling team, willingness to travel to markets for work as required
