Roles & Responsibilities:
- To execute overall work of the HR & Admin department in line with policy guidelines.
- Maintain all health, safety and security of assigned factory.
- Maintain rapport with the local bodies and govt. agencies.
- Make the factory ready for security system audit, Social compliance audit, Technical audit, Environmental audit etc.
- Vehicle Management.
- Effective and strong follow up and manages the overall shipment related transportation system of the factory.
- Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
- Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures
- Manage recruitment databases
- Train and supervise recruiters in correct company processes
- To look into workers and employees service benefits and working facilities including disbursement of wages and salaries
- To look into compliance issues and others as per the labor law and to assist in disciplining employees in line with existing labor laws & company policy.
- To assist in issues relevant to Payroll, HRIS and update leave, attendance, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement etc.
- To receive inter-departmental notes, documents and take actions regarding those issues.
- To ensure day-to-day General Administrative works are done smoothly.
- To write letters/ prepare drafts and correspond to various departments, concerned authorities and provide administrative support to the Management.
- To ensure discipline and proper security at factory premises.
- To inspect the Daily Labors are in place physically and to prepare Employees Daily OT Statement and OT Reports
- To perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- 2 to 4 year(s) Experience
Others Requirements:
- Age at most 40 years

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manpower Recruitment, Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments
- Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
- Should have experience of worker handling.
- Should have excellent oral and written English & Bengali communication skill.
- Good Command over MS Office.
