Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To foresee opportunities, develop and implement marketing strategy aligned with the organizational goal.
  • To implement marketing mix and prepare marketing plan to increase market share.
  • To conduct market research regularly & study the trends to identify the product gap and take initiative
  • to fill up the gap
  • To develop and maintain relation with clients
  • To monitor the activities of the competitors and set suitable strategies in the assigned zone.
  • To attend customers queries, problems & issues.
  • To analyze and report overall sales activities.
  • To achieve the sales, distribution coverage extension and transaction targets of respective area.
  • To prepare and execute respective areas sales plan.
  • To ensure proper use of marketing promotional Items with documents.
  • Any other task assigned by the management time to time.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Marketing & Sales related discipline

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Preference will be given to the candidates experienced in Sales & Marketing of Building materials i.e., MS Rod, Cement etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Dynamic, innovative, energetic and presentable
  • Ready to take up challenges
  • Capability of convincing customers
  • Good Team skills
