Roles & Responsibilities:
- To foresee opportunities, develop and implement marketing strategy aligned with the organizational goal.
- To implement marketing mix and prepare marketing plan to increase market share.
- To conduct market research regularly & study the trends to identify the product gap and take initiative
- to fill up the gap
- To develop and maintain relation with clients
- To monitor the activities of the competitors and set suitable strategies in the assigned zone.
- To attend customers queries, problems & issues.
- To analyze and report overall sales activities.
- To achieve the sales, distribution coverage extension and transaction targets of respective area.
- To prepare and execute respective areas sales plan.
- To ensure proper use of marketing promotional Items with documents.
- Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Marketing & Sales related discipline
Work Experience:
- 2 to 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Preference will be given to the candidates experienced in Sales & Marketing of Building materials i.e., MS Rod, Cement etc.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Dynamic, innovative, energetic and presentable
- Ready to take up challenges
- Capability of convincing customers
- Good Team skills
