Roles & Responsibilities:
- Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Talking to sales our Land, plot and flat information and price quotations.
- Recording names, addresses and reference.
- Explain land or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
- Ensuring strong presence & visibility company products.
- Assist the team members to formulate operational team strategy to achieve objectives.
- Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
- Preparing reports regarding sales and others in the end of every working day.
- Keeping the clients informed about the Company and companys Project.
- Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
- Facilitate Management team will review and evaluate activities.
- Manage relationships and service quality & standards
- Provide inputs with the strategic knowledge of country market environment.
- Cooperate the sales Marketing team
- Generate new clients and follow-up on existing clients to increase sales
- Study brochures and product information to convince prospective buyers
- Engage in various promotional activities on behalf of Tayef Properties Limited to increase sales
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/ MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed University.
Work Experience:
- At least 7 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Corporate Tele Marketing
- Smart, Energetic, Dynamic and Hardworking.
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Must be speaking, writing & listening English & Bengali rapidly.
