Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sound knowledge in sales & marketing.
  • Complete regular sales activities.
  • Ensure overall team members target, give clarification if any downwards fail.
  • Strictly monitor team member activities, their movement, discipline, role play, reporting etc
  • Be updated any upcoming projects, land, policy, facilities offered by management and clearly forward each message to down line.
  • Follow up existing customers, addressing, identifying, take initiatives proactively for any complexity or problems occurs.
  • Report to HOD on time.
  • Ensure additional responsibility properly maintained as SOP

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation/ MBA from any reputed public/private university

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age at least 26 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • 2-5 years of experience in any industry preferably real estate or insurance
  • Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of initiating meetings with senior management of different companies
  • Good analytical ability
