Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make informative & successful interaction with Walk in customers to ensure Customer satisfaction and brand image
- Provide one-stop customer service as per defined processes to enrich customer experience.
- Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective customers and provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring Customer satisfaction
- Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records
- Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online.
- Assist in administering and executing all the official activities.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate / Hons/ Masters from reputed university
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Applicants should have residence nearby for smooth communication from home
- Good Command about Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Hard working and team worker
- Must be Passionate with traveling.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Must be fluent in spoken, reading and written English
