Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create new customer for the Company
- Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients
- Build a strong relationship with the customer
- Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
- The incumbent must have experience & capability to sell Plot/Flat
- Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers
- Create sales and marketing reports to in charge and top management.
- Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one
- Assist in developing an effective marketing plan with Companys marketing strategy
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing
- Know the products information in details to satisfy all queries of the clients
- Develop the best manners and skill in interpersonal communications - thus influence the clients decision positively
- Any other task assigned by the authority.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
