Senior Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To deal with clients and provide them project information over telephone.
  • Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records in the computer.
  • Submit Daily Call Report & Daily Activity Report to GM, Sales & Marketing.
  • Responsible for dealing In-house client.
  • Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the office.
  • To visit apartment with client for their satisfaction.
  • Responsible for attending Site office duty.
  • Responsible for maintaining after sales officials formalities i.e. to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare deed of agreement and signing to the client.
  • To share ideas how to improve sales with group leader and other colleagues.
  • Responsible for Sales and Marketing for only plot/flat sale at our various projects
  • Achieve individual Sales target and ensure the sales related documentation works and others work of Company
  • Discuss with management to determine the final acceptable prices and negotiate with the clients.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Commerce (MCom)

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
