Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect adequate market information in formulating and implementing marketing & sales strategies.
- Analyze and report sales performance with recommendation for improvement.
- Ensure sales achievement as per ABP.
- Tracking of competition strategies & activities and recommending necessary measures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective customer service.
- Ensure after sales service (Module, Battery, Accessories) in favor to the customers.
- Planned market and customer visit.
- Devises new ways to increase sales and productivity in the territory.
- Manages territory budget and ensures that all expenses stay within that budget.
- Provide marketing assistance to sales team through answering clients and product inquiries.
- Manage distribution, sales, service of respective market.
- People management, develop and manage Sr. service technician.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Business Graduate from any reputed university.
Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Knowledge on Marketing & Sales in any FMCG/ Retail Business and should have mindset to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
