Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving the Sales target of the Company.
- Create new agents, regular visit of agents, perspective agents, customers, farmers.
- Competitors informations, Sales information, others approval reports send to head office time to time.
- Maintaining agent & distribution network.
- To arrange promotional activity like as farmers meeting, get together with potential agents, customers, farmers.
- Develop the brand image of the company.
- Others relevant work assigned by Authority.
Educational Qualification:
- H.S.C/ Graduate in from any reputed University.
- Graduates from other discipline with proper Expertise in sales can also apply.
Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Only feed or Pharmaceutical related experience people can be apply
- Ability to handle Customers efficiently.
- Should have Proactive, Leadership quality, Honest, Industrious, Excellent Communication skills.
- Self-motivated, willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
