Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generating tractor sells as per target.
  • Ensure Delivery and after sales service.
  • Credit recovery plan of selling product and maintain good customer relation.
  • Complete extensive training regarding on the Tractor from company time and be updated.
  • Maintain strong knowledge base of all new Tractor/Power tiller/Rotavator/Diesel Engine makes and models.
  • Sales Representatives Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase.
  • Create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers.
  • Discuss with customer regarding installation, set-up, or layout of agricultural equipment and machines.
  • Tell customer of estimated delivery schedule, service contracts, warranty, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, needs, and new companies cropping up.
  • Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year(s)

  • The candidate should be smart, young, energetic and polite manner.
  • Dynamic, hardworking & self-motivated with sound physical and mental health.
  • The Applicants should have experience in dealing with Sales activities, clients satisfaction etc.
  • Should be able to work under pressure in a Team environment
