Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generating tractor sells as per target.
- Ensure Delivery and after sales service.
- Credit recovery plan of selling product and maintain good customer relation.
- Complete extensive training regarding on the Tractor from company time and be updated.
- Maintain strong knowledge base of all new Tractor/Power tiller/Rotavator/Diesel Engine makes and models.
- Sales Representatives Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase.
- Create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers.
- Discuss with customer regarding installation, set-up, or layout of agricultural equipment and machines.
- Tell customer of estimated delivery schedule, service contracts, warranty, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
- Keep abreast of market trends, needs, and new companies cropping up.
- Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year(s)
