Roles & Responsibilities:
- To Draw Marketing Plan & carry out Sales Promotion activities.
- To visit the potential customers on regular basis.
- To establish and maintain a good relationship with the clients.
- To monitors, review and report on all Sales activities.
- To keep the Management update about Sales progress.
- Able to Meet the Sales target.
- Prepare competitive analysis.
- Identify new market.
- To deal with clients and provide them project information over the telephone.
- Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records in ERP.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
- Be able to develop the skill/state-of-the-art of bargaining with the clients to reach a win-win situation and make the deal.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/ MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed University
Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies
- Knowledge about Real Estate market of Bangladesh.
- Smart, energetic & dynamic in job areas.
- Good communication skill both in Bengali and English.
- Applicants having hands-on experience in the corporate sales will be preferred.
- Must be pro-active, smart, self-motivated
- Must have an aggressive selling attitude
- Should have skill in business communication
- Should have good presentation skill
- Good IT skill (Word, Excel, Power-point, e-mail, Web browsing)
