Area Sales Officer, Retail

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the stock of outlets under the business area
  • Identify locations for new outlet/Franchise, negotiate rent and propose agreement for signing in the area
  • Control outlet expenses in particular personnel cost, productivity & rent
  • Ensure visual merchandising as Lotto guidelines
  • Visit outlet/ area/ Franchise as per traveling plan to implement specific program for business expansion & revenue
  • Relocate/ close stores/ Franchise as per plan and ensure excellent customer service
  • Report Daily, Weekly & Monthly sales report to the Operation Manager
  • Prepare business plan & yearly budget for the assigned area
  • Strictly follow up new outlet /Franchise performance
  • Develop & train the outlet sales force/ Franchise
  • Communicate and follow-up outlet In-charge/ Franchise feedback of new articles

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

  • Flexible to move and work in any market anywhere in Bangladesh
  • Very good in Business & Competitor analysis
  • Self-motivated and energetic

  • Problem solving & decision making skill within shortest possible time
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility
  • Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) & E-mail communication.
