Roles & Responsibilities:

  • New Worker Recruitment, Selection and Orientation.
  • To implement and monitor different buyers Code of Conduct and various compliance issues.
  • Support various stakeholder regarding compliance issues, solve problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party compliance audit WRAP, BSCI, ACCORD & ALLIANCE.
  • Facilitate training and awareness sessions for the workers
  • Make internal audit plan, conduct internal audit and time to time report to the top management regarding the improvement of the system.
  • Support payroll activities.
  • Monitor Factory Health, Safety, Security & environmental issues and continuously take initiative to improve.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate, BBA/MBA (Major in HRM) from any reputed University
  • Diploma in HR Management/ Compliance from any reputed institution will be an added advantage

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 year(s) Experience

Others Requirements:

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the area of General HR Attendance, Leave Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development etc.
  • Adequate knowledge on MS Office package
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
  • Experience in conducting various Buyer & Compliance related audit, BSCI, ACCORD & ALLIANCE
