Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Marketing team in implementation of marketing policies, strategies and organizations action plan to achieve sales target.
- Plan, develop, and direct the marketing efforts for dedicated FMCG category.
- Develop budget in alignment with the strategic plan and execute as per agreed terms.
- Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity.
- Assist in developing and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.
- Assist in the identification and development of business building ideas and works with other business unit team members to execute the plans that meet investment criteria.
- Coordinate product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research, consultants and advertising agencies).
- Work closely with the research and creative agencies to gather consumer and customer insight and develop campaigns necessary for the brand.
Educational Qualification:
- Master degree from a premier local institute with MBA & major in Marketing.
Work Experience:
- 5 to 6 year(s)

- 5-6 years hands-on experience in FMCG with at least 2-3 years in a mid/ higher mid level management position.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High degree of leadership competencies (Strategy formulation for his area, Business Understanding, People Skills
- Very strong approach to Systems and processes.
- Superior commercial acumen.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
