Executive / Officer - Sales & Customer Relations

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Regular visit and follow-up with existing and potential customers for new business leads and sales growth.
  • Visit different govt, autonomous, corporate and business organizations for developing business and creating new customers.
  • Maintain regular relationships with different real estate developer organizations for generating business.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and quality service in a dedicated manner.
  • Communicate with the assigned customers to maintain relationship, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Collect information of competition activities, ensure presence in social network, do promotional activities and gather all kinds of market information.
  • Create and update sales reports on a regular basis.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
  • Coordinate with other internal functions to ensure achievement of business targets.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the closing processes relating to buy, sale and documentation of property units with the customers, on behalf of the Company.
  • Any other task as and when assigned by the Company from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Masters Degree from a reputed University (Degree from Public Universities preferred) in Business or Commerce or Social Science
  • At least two first division / class with no third division / class in any of the public exams [i.e. SSC, HSC, Undergraduate levels]
  • 3-5 years of experience in the domain of direct sales or corporate sales in an established organization is a requirement, and will be given preference.
  • National University,North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh,BRAC University students will get preference

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook).
  • Good command over both oral and written English & Bangla languages.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, meeting & greeting skills.
  • Able to work independently with a strong work ethic.
  • Professional and dependable working attitude.
  • Ability and willingness to do multi-tasking, prioritize and take initiative to meet goals.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a team and collaborate with other team members.
  • Willing to do networking and meet new people.
  • Good listening and analytical skills.
  • Ability to coordinate sales activities in perfect order.
  • Proactive and positive attitude and willingness to go beyond boundaries.
  • Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hardworking ability.
  • Willingness to work for extended hours under pressure and meet deadlines.
