Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make Territory Sales plan.
- Distributor/Dealers Networking, New Distributor/Dealers opening etc.
- Responsible to meet defined territorys Sales Target.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Preparing sales reports and customer database.
- Develop and implement the strategy to drive top line growth in existing as well as new client.
- Ensure the successful achievement of the companys sales goals across all its regions.
- Should have strong relationship, sales & marketing skills and to maintain liaison with customer as well as with the distributors.
- Maintain all kinds of paper works.
- Fulfill assigned departmental tasks.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: FMCG Sales & Marketing
Work Experience:
- At most 4 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Should be capable to lead sales team with leadership quality.
- Good market planner & good communication skill.
- Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.
- Pleasant appearance, manner and etiquette.
- Excellent communication skill both in English and Bangla.
