Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make Territory Sales plan.
  • Distributor/Dealers Networking, New Distributor/Dealers opening etc.
  • Responsible to meet defined territorys Sales Target.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Preparing sales reports and customer database.
  • Develop and implement the strategy to drive top line growth in existing as well as new client.
  • Ensure the successful achievement of the companys sales goals across all its regions.
  • Should have strong relationship, sales & marketing skills and to maintain liaison with customer as well as with the distributors.
  • Maintain all kinds of paper works.
  • Fulfill assigned departmental tasks.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: FMCG Sales & Marketing

Work Experience:

  • At most 4 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Should be capable to lead sales team with leadership quality.
  • Good market planner & good communication skill.
  • Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.
  • Pleasant appearance, manner and etiquette.
  • Excellent communication skill both in English and Bangla.

Others Benefit:
