Roles & Responsibilities:
- E-wallet balance and settlement account balance daily reconciliation and reporting.
- Oversee BEFTN and other settlement processes, including overseeing the development of business requirements, solution requirement, testing etc.
- Experience in multiple accounts handling regarding operation & reconciliation
- This role will also oversee the changes to the settlements process and system and provide input into process and policy changes.
- The Settlements Manager will have a commercial mind-set and will proactively identify and drive improvements to the Settlements Service, both from an efficiency and value for money perspective.
- Provide feedback on operational impacts from proposed interface/software/policy changes.
- Identify / gather suggestions for operational improvements taking into account feedback and insights from stakeholders.
- Attend all relevant internal and external forums relating to settlements change, following up with relevant actions as required.
- Regularly report the change requests to Finance Head to ensure that the requests are reviewed and prioritized as part of the wider change portfolio.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance Banking
Work Experience:
- At least 8 year(s)

- Must exhibit a high degree of motivation, sense of urgency and professional demeanor.
- Able to establish relationships with banks and manage different interfaces to support delivery of business outcomes.
- Initiative with good interpersonal skills be able to work independently and at the same time in a teamwork environment.
- Ability to handle complex and challenging situations from origination to completion on transaction issues.
- Strong initiative, energy and confidence to complete projects with limited supervision.
- Skilled at multi-tasking and managing priorities effectively.
- Experience of working in a regulations/policy and technology driven environment highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and fast-paced business and technology environment.
- Ability to identify and escalate issues.
