Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To manage the field force & sales administration of his own area.
  • To visit markets, distributors and outlets on regular basis as per route plan.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Maintaining liaison with dealers and retailers.
  • To achieve the sales target of the assigned Zone.
  • Responsible for implementing sales forecasts & strategies.
  • Regular & systematic credits follow up.
  • Provide regular report and feedback to supervisor on sales performance.
  • Weekly & monthly sales report preparation.
  • Preparing sales reports and customer database weekly or monthly basis.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Educational qualification may be considered for the competent and highly experienced candidates.

Work Experience:

  • At most 4 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Good market planner & good communication skill.
  • Willingness and ability to work under pressure.
  • Pleasant appearance, manner and etiquette.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Knowledge of MS office & Internet browsing.
  • Professional attitude towards job responsibility.
  • Self-driven, self-motivated and will deliver the best to the Company.
