Executive/ Sr. Executive - Payroll

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage & Process monthly payroll independently and ensure proper reporting.
  • Maintain the payroll system according to the law and buyers codes of conduct.
  • Prepare and maintain attendance data for the particular month to capture the Loss of pays with 100% accuracy.
  • Enter details of the newly joined and leaving employees into the Software and update regularly.
  • Facilitate Bank account opening process of the newly joined employees.
  • Regularly update the management on regulatory changes affecting the payroll structure.
  • Analyze manual and system attendance data and prepare reports.
  • Processing of special payments like Bonus, Incentives, standard annual increments.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Master of Commerce (MCom), Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 year(s) Experience
