Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage & Process monthly payroll independently and ensure proper reporting.
- Maintain the payroll system according to the law and buyers codes of conduct.
- Prepare and maintain attendance data for the particular month to capture the Loss of pays with 100% accuracy.
- Enter details of the newly joined and leaving employees into the Software and update regularly.
- Facilitate Bank account opening process of the newly joined employees.
- Regularly update the management on regulatory changes affecting the payroll structure.
- Analyze manual and system attendance data and prepare reports.
- Processing of special payments like Bonus, Incentives, standard annual increments.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Master of Commerce (MCom), Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM
Work Experience:
- 2 to 5 year(s) Experience
