Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure regulatory reports are prepared and submitted within stipulated time
- Ensure compliance of IFRSs, local laws, banking company Act, SEC Rules where applicable.
- Ensure required information & documents are timely submitted for completion of financial audit.
- Assist in preparing the effective Audit responses
- Prepare relevant report on CAMELS rating
- Provide data support to Credit Rating Agency, IFC, FMO and other stakeholders
- Assess the impact on financial information and communicate to line functions in a timely manner.
- Assist in different projects initiatives like development of financial & management manual, RIT, Enterprise data ware house etc.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- At least 6 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- FIs or any Multinational companies or reputed local companies or CA firm in the area of financial functions is required.
