Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaison with Department Heads and associates in relation to necessary follow-up on queries, deadlines, requests and special assignments initiated by the management;
- Prepare, organize and analyze organization reports and present them timely to the CEO for necessary actions;
- Prepare letter for various types of business meeting;
- Organize management committee meeting and prepare minutes, circulate and follow-up for actions;
- Schedule and facilitate meetings and events by reminding CEO regarding the time, date, and venue;
- Make travel arrangements for CEO which includes arranging transport, accommodation, and appointments as needed and maintain schedule;
- Attend meeting with CEO & take notes on the discussion, prepare meeting minutes;
- To prepare various types of feature & business reports i.e. employees personal as well as branches performance in consultation with various Deptt. of the company and report to CEO time to time;
- To prepare monthly/ yearly MIS report in consultation with Branch Control Department and report to CEO of the company;
- To expand Health Insurance products amongst the corporate clients;
- To prepare Health Insurance related Articles, MOU, Notes, Memos, Minutes of Meeting, etc. and also prepare booklet, leaflet, guide book in consultation with the Health Insurance Department of the company and report to CEO;
- Must have writing ability of letter, note and drafts in English;
- Effective verbal, listening and writing communication skills both in English and Bengali.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA/Masters in English from recognized Public/ Private University.
Work Experience:
- At least 4 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Computer skill is must.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
