Roles & Responsibilities:
- Good conversation skill by telephone.
- Receive all incoming calls and forwarding out going;
- Welcome visitors, keep their details and handle them in a professional manner;
- Controlling entire PABX call;
- Providing information to callers;
- Dealing with queries from the client;
- Receive letters, messages, emails and documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons;
- Provide guidance for the visitors and out comers;
- Ensure reception area is tidy and organized in perfect manner;
- To maintain and update Telephone directory of the organization;
- Provide Logistics and assigned task etc. (courier and parcel delivery information record);
- Handling all incoming & outgoing couriers and keeping records updated;
- Any other job assign by the management.
Educational Qualification:
- Must be graduate/ BBA from any reputed institute and good in English.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Must be good looking, smart and extrovert personality.
- Energetic and Enthusiastic.
- Strong verbal communication ability both Bengali and English.
- Must have experience working in Microsoft office package (MS Word, MS Excel).
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Reception, Front Desk, Telephone Operator.
