Roles & Responsibilities:
- Making all the budget plans for the year/quarter.
- Preparation of Bill or invoice and keeping records of transactions and preparing all kinds of budgets and bills in manual & software processes on a regular basis.
- Maintenance of cash, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to Finance & Accounts.
- Analyzing bank statements.
- Monthly closing of the accounts and reporting to the management.
- Liaison with Banks, Financial Institutes, Tax & VAT Authorities, Concerned Govt. Authorities and Suppliers.
- To develop strategy to maximize the companys VAT position and to take preventative action to avoid penalties and interest charges.
- Meet Financial Accounting Objectives.
- To design an accounts system.
- Co-ordination of External & internal audit.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/ MBA/ MBS/ Professional Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ CA (CC)
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills.
- Proven working experience as an Accounts Executive.
- Have the knowledge of VAT & Tax rules.
- Must have sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
