Roles & Responsibilities:
- To achieve the annual business target as fixed by the Management;
- To follow- up insurance underwriting and all related accounts works.
- To maintain good relation with all existing clients.
- To build-up good relation with bankers.
- To search clients to enrich the business volume of the company.
- To design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance products or adjust existing ones.
- To monitor overall activities of the branch.
- To implement any business plan as decided by the Management.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters/ MBA from any reputed university. Educational Qualification may be relaxed for suitable experienced candidate.
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- The applicants should have experience in the area of Sales & Marketing and Insurance underwriting as well.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business organization (s): reputed local/multinational organization, preferable bank, general insurance or financial institution in marketing profession.
- The appropriate candidate shall have to achieve agreed yearly targets by ensuring quality of insurance business.
- Candidate having sufficient knowledge on insurance business, rules and regulations of IDRA will be considered as an added advantage.
- Working knowledge with MS word, MS Excel & E-mail
- Professional proficiency in English & Bangla.
