Others Requirements:

• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Ability to drive the motorcycle with valid driving license & Selected candidates must have the mentality to work anywhere in the country.
• Minimum 6 years practical experiences in Micro Credit field along with at least 1 (one) year practical experience of branch management.

Others Benefit:

After 6 months, if he/she becomes the permanent employee of the organization, others financial benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc. One increment may be added for each year those who have more than 3 years experience as branch manager.
